Accutane Lawsuit Update

The recent Accutane trial in New Jersey produced a mixed verdict.  Three cases were tried together against the manufacturer of Accutane, Hoffman LaRoche.  Gillian Gaghan was awarded $2.1 million by a New Jersey jury after proving that she would not have taken Accutane if she had been warned of the drugs risks.
