Prempro – Class Action Certified

The Vancouver Sun reports that a class action has been certified in Canada for Canadian women who took Prempro and developed breast cancer.  B.C. Supreme Court Justice Miriam Gropper found that the case met the criteria for class-certification. This ruling is the exact opposite of how Judge William R. Wilson ruled in MDL 1506, In re Prempro Products Liability Litigation.
